Raddy
I've built a new computer, and when I boot it up, it posts then sets the display in stand-by. I can't think of what would cause this...any suggestions? The drive is formatted, so I don't think it's a driver issue. The computer displays during post, then stops, so I don' t think its a video card issue.
Boris
Just a long shot - something to do with your ACPI settings in the BIOS ??
Spaz
hm... you can check the BIOS to see which slot is set as your default (pci or agp). Next, you can try to see whether or not digital or analog work. You can create combinations of DVI, and regular VGA cords.and ofcourse, maybe on of the things you can do before anything, is to see if the mobo has been grounded correctly, same for the card. Make sure its inserted correctly and all pins are in the slot.
