Remote Procedure Call / Svchost memory Leak

For the past 3 days I have been battling the svchost that is directly related to the remote procedure call service. The svchost keeps eating up all my paging file memory, but cpu usage remains low. It gets to the point where I am still connected to the internet, but I cannot go to websites, I can only view pages I have already opened, or third party programs such as AIM will continue to work. I end up having to restart the svchost with processxp, but it ends up using the paging file memory after about 15 minutes. I know it is some sort of memory leak and not a virus. I have used every virus scan / spyware tool I can. If anyone has a suggestion as to how I can fix this problem I would appreciate greatly.

I have tried using a download of all the xp hotfixes, but my computer did not have an i386 folder on it in which to place the updates? I found this strange, but I checked and none of my other computers have the i386 folder either.
