My D:\ drive is not accessible

I have a problem with access permissions on Microsoft Windows XP Professional.

I am the administrator of the system. Last week I made a problem. I right-clicked on my D drive (that its file system is NTFS) and clicked on 'Properties'. I went to the 'Security' tab. There were things about access permissions to the drive. I changed some of them from 'allow' to 'deny'. After that, I can't access to D. When I double-click on it, an Error Message is being shown: 'D:\ is not accessible. Access is denied.'

When I right-click on it and go to its 'Properties' it says that the file system is 'RAW' and its total space is zero. And there is no longer a 'Security' tab there. I am the administrator but I don't have the permission to access to my own drive.

I used several file managers such as the one in PwerQuest PartitionMagic 8.0 but they can't access to the drive as well.

My Windows is installed on C drive.I've even formatted it (C drive) and reinstalled Windows but it didn't work.

What should I do?

Reinstalling Windows will not help with NTFS access problems. What I would try first is to follow the steps in this KB article

Not sure if this can be done on the root D: drive, but it's worth to try.
