Network manager and DNS connection service help!

it all started when my AV (kaspersky) has detected a virus that is on the WINDOWS directory, and quickly deleted. i think it has related to the Network Manager and the DNS. since then it keeps my pc a suddenly restart or if i disabled the restart, BSOD will happen. then i look at the system log and found this two ,

The Network Manager Service service terminated with the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

The DNS Connection service terminated with the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

windows xp service pack 2
updated

Since we don't know what was actually deleted, it may just be standard Windows installed files. Try open the command prompt, then type

sfc /scannow

You will need your Windows install disk for this. The System File Checker will check for missing or corrupted system files, and replace them if found.
