php111 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 Hi, I have a new computer and i can not boot from the DVD burner. I do not have an CD burner. Just DVD burner and floppy disc. I am not sure if the floppy will boot. I went into the BIOS yesterday and i forget what order it is in. What order should it be in? HDD first? and then what? So everything can boot. Alan2273 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 If you want to boot of the DVD, you need to set the BIOS to CD as first boot and your HDD as second boot and Floppy (IF you want to) as third boot, after setting them press F10 to save and exit.
