Two operating systems at once?

Is it possible to run both Vista and XP on one computer? I mean, if I were to create two user accounts on my computer, could one run on Vista and the other on XP? The reason I ask is because I currently have Vista now, but a few games that I downloaded on bit torrent only work with XP. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can do as Mike suggests, and dual-boot Windows XP and Windows Vista. This is not what you are asking for, having one user XP and one user Vista. This requires you to shutdown and reboot the computer to access the other operating system.
