eien kisu Posted September 2, 2007 Report Share Posted September 2, 2007 My Webcam Brand: Genius Model: Eye 311Q Shows Black Screen.I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 on a laptop. The webcam works perfectly fine on other PCs/Laptops.No problems with USB, USB ports are working normally.I un-installed and re-installed the drivers but same problem persists.Could it be the multi-monitor thing in the display properties -> settings?Please help.
