How do you reinstall drivers on Vista?

The USB system on my Vista machine has gone totally to pot.

In the device manager

NEC PCI to USB OPEN HOST CONTROLLOR

Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controllor

Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controllor

all have exclamation marks against them.

When I select properties in the device status there is a message saying that the driver may be missing or corrupt.

I have tried using driver update and but I just get a message saying that Windows has determined that driver software for your device is up to date.

If I uninstall the device, scan for hardware changes, then Windows tries to reinstall the device but flags each as failed.

I could uninstall the device, not scan for changes and then add the hardware manually but I don't where to find a working set of drivers.

There must be a set of working drivers on the Vista set up disc as I used it to initially installed Vista on the machine but how I pull them off and reinstall them?
