The Route Command

I have a windows 2003 enterprise server, and i'm a bit baffeled about routing. I have two network cards. \

The first card is 67.100.44.13 mask 255.255.255.240 gateway 67.159.100.1.

The second card is 74.63.69.69 mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 74.63.69.1.

I need it setup so when I call on the first ip address that it only routes it's traffic through it's gateway. And when I call on the second ip address it only routes through it's gateway.

I'm having a little trouble setting this up because windows keeps forcing the route to go through the second interfaces gateway. What type of route do i need to add here so windows doesn't force every bit of traffic through a gateway with the lowest metric?
