On boot up, I used to get the option on which operating system to boot into. I have now formatted the drive that housed Win Vista so it is no longer there. Yet when I boot up, it still gives me both options.How can get rid of the bootloader? I realise I can edit my "boot.ini" but when I looked at it, it doesn't list WinVista as an operating system.Any help?GF Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

y2khardtop Posted October 13, 2007 Report Share Posted October 13, 2007 can you access it via XP? Go to system, advance, startup and recoverysee if it give you the normal choices that you can modify.
