bhuthogg Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 I have installed ( a Legit) Windows XP sp Media center vesion of windows on my pc and now its as if my internet is capped around 1mb/s prviously i have had microXP installed and i could get upto and around 8mb/s.... So im guessing its somthing microsoft have put on XP and the folks at microXP have removed.(i know microxp is naughty but it was only for testing purps)So what I am hoping to do is edit my XP tcp or whatever to get better speeds,I have been using lots of different speedtests and dualbooting between MC and Microxp, And have come to this conclusion.i hav attached some speedtest logs and marked down the O.S.
