AdamJLX
I've been trying to install this Japanese Software (Motion Editor) onto Vista and even a XP OS computer.I've changed the language and regional settings as well as tried to use Windows APPLOCALE.But it seems that it doesnt work...it will keep giving me the same message. Is there any other way to enable the install? or bypass?

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
What I would do in your situation is eithertry to find the English version of that softwareinstall Virtual PC, then install Japanese Windows in thereinstall Japanese Windows in a separate partition, and create a multi-boot system
Seshomaru Samma
As far as I know, on XP you will need to install the East-Asian languages pack first. You can do it through the control panel , regional languages icon and it will ask you for an XP CD. Then you set the non-unicode language to Japanese, reboot and you should be able to install any Japanese language programme. I don't know about Vista though.
