My Outlook Express is FrozeN!!

Hi.

I've been trying to receive my emails this morning using Outlook Express. But everytime I open the program, I just get the Egg Time on the screen and the program freezes and does not respond.

Can anybody tell me if there is anything I can try to resolve this problem.

I have rebooted the computer 4 times now, but the same thing happens everytime I try to open Oiutlook Express.

I'm going to uninstall outlook expres and then reinstall.

Can you tell me where I can find my acount details for my email accounts. I dont want to have to enter all those details again....and I dont think I can remember them all!!

Is it possible to find my unopened mail on my hard drive somewhere. I just want to delete the rubbish that I have got this morning.

Outlook Express/Tools/Accounts.

You can remove an account there, and configure a new account. I would however be extremely careful about actually removing Outlook Express or any part of the Windows operating system without further advice from one of the real experts on here. You may do irreparable damage.
