Launching Schtasks.exe remotely on 64 bit machine from 32 bit machine

Hi

I am launching Schtasks.exe using following command

>Schtasks.exe /run /s My64BitMAchine /tn MyTask

I am launching this from 32 bit machine and /s My64BitMAchine is 64 bit machine.

32 bit machine and 64 bit machine both are Windows server 2003 .

I am in admin role on both machines

I am getting following error :

ERROR: Unable to start the task scheduler service.

but from 64 to 64 bit and from 32 to 32 bit i am able to launch the scheduled task suessfully.
