ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Welcome to the Windows Forum. The 'i386' folder contains your Windows install stuff, which will be needed in case if you ever do a repair install. The other folders are various other softwares' install stuff, and you may need these when you want to uninstall or upgrade these other softwares. I cannot tell you what softwares they belong to, but their content (txt doc) may tell you more.If you have enough free disk space, leave them just alone. If you want to delete them to free some disk space, be sure to take a backup of them before you delete.
