The Deluxe Edition will include the original SimCity 4 and the upcoming Rush Hour expansion pack, which is scheduled for release in September."SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition is jam-packed with all-new content from SimCity 4: Rush Hour and the original SimCity 4," said Lucy Bradshaw, vice president of PC development.
