ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 Welcome to the Windows Forum.Check the Event Viewer (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427) what it says for the time when the IE problem occurs.Downloading anti-spyware tools doesn't do anything; you need to install them, and then run a full scan.Also, do you have anti-virus software installed?
