However, mysql server is not running.The error number I get is 2003 and the message is "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'host_name' ". I have downloaded PortQryUI to check if the port 3306 is listening. However, it reports port 3306 is not listening.So far, I have created an exception on the firewall to allow the use of the port.
