Steven Posted December 26, 2007 Report Share Posted December 26, 2007 I use briefcase to keep my pc files syncd with our network folder. The server has been updated and now I have a new network location for those files. My Problem is that I cant change the network mapping on briefcase to connect with the new location. How can I update this? I have not been able to see anything in regedit that would allow me to change this directory path for briefcase. Is each individual file mapped to the network "copies". I have split the folder from the original briefcase mapping so now they are orphans on my desktop. There has to be a way to redirect to a new network location. I dont want to have to go through 4gigs of files individually and weed out ones that have been modified and paste them into the new server folder and creat a new briefcase but I fear that is what needs to be done.
