However, I want to set it up so that I'm the only one who can alter the document. Is there any easy way of setting this up? If it's a single Word document only (or just a few), then you may try to password protect them (Tools | Options | tab Security: add a password to Modify).Or you could protect the folder with access rights (NTFS only).
