craiganater Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 When i try to install windows live programs it tells me that my computer is offline, but clearly i am on the internet browsing websites and using the original windows messengerI have tried to fix the problem with a firewall but because I can't get it installed I cant do anything, I use a router and I though that might be it but I unpluged the router and put the computer straight to the modem but that didnt do anything at all.
