Pokerface
Okay here goes,I have an HP laptop and I just purchased a Verizon Wireless Internet Card to access the internet, but while I'm online my computer suddenly goes to a blue screen and flashes a message and then reboots on its own.The only part of the message I can catch is USB Driver Bug. I'd like to know is there something I can do to stop this from happening? I'm losing valuable information everytime it reboots on its own.I'd appreciate anyones helpThank You
Irene
Hello Pokerface. :D First, it would be useful to know the error message on the blue screen. To prevent the reboot, go to the Control Panel and select System, then touch the Advanced Tab. Next touch Settings beside Startup and Recovery. Uncheck the box by Automatically restart.Next time you get the Blue Screen, it will stay on and you can write down the error message. If you can then post it on the forum, we will be able investigate the problem.
