No one really needs floppy drives any more but there are time when you might need to use a tool or something that only works on a floppy. This creates a virtual floppy drive. I use it when needed. catgate Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 I know I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer and that just may be why I am puzzled as to why anyone would want a virtual floppy drive.I suppose if you wanted to store virtual information, to hand on to a virtual friend, it may be explicable, but it certainly seems odd to me.I should be please to hear more about it.
