rmurphy7817 Posted February 1, 2008 Report Share Posted February 1, 2008 I log onto the computer as the administrator, lmadmin (Local Machine Administrator)I add a user to the computer.When i log out, i can log back in as this user.But when i restart the computer, i can no longer log in as this user, and when i log back into lmadmin, the user i created is gone.This has been bothering me for weeks....what's the problem?Thanks in advance. AdamB Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 Sounds like some software called deep freeze...they use it in Internet Cafe's to keep the computers from getting a mess.Files and settings are cleared after every use.Without seeing the PC and depending on how techy you are...the quickest route is probably to wipe it and start again.
