Microsoft Neptune installation from USB CD-ROM drive

Hello,

I know I am to blame for using this beta but I do have my own reasons :)

Recently my CD-ROM drive in my laptop broke so I bought a USB one. Windows Neptune uses exactly the same installer as windows 2000, it even says Windows 2000 on it. However once it gets to the end of loading all the device drivers (just before it says starting windows) I get a blue-screen stating that it cannot find boot media. It used to work perfectly with my internal cdrom drive but not anymore. Actual Windows 2000 installs fine with my USB drive but I was wondering if i could transfer some of the drivers across to my Neptune installation disk...

Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

regards,

Karsten
