For the testing purposes I need to install Windows 98, Windows ME and Windows XP on the same computer. I have broken my HDD (which is over 40GB total) on 3 partitions and formatted those like this: C: = Fat 32 D: = Fat 32 E: = NTFS My question is how can I install Windows 98 on C, Windows ME on D, and Windows XP on E? What you should do is install the oldest Windows version (98) first. Then go ahead and install the next version (ME); the installer should prompt you if you want to ⒜ upgrade the current (98) installation, or ⒝ install in a new partition. Once you have completed the install of ME, you should see the Windows boot manager when you start Windows. From there you can now select to start Windows 98 or ME.After this you go ahead with XP in much the same way as previously with ME. At the end the boot manager will give you the selection to start 98, ME, or XP.There are also professional boot managers available, but I wouldn't know which one to recommend you.
