Arun Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I'm using a Windows XP Professional Machine with the following ConfigurationOperating System - Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2Hard Disk - 80 GBRAM - 256 MBProcessor - Intel Pentium 4 - 3 GHzSound Card - RealTek AC'97The problem i'm facing is every time i restarted the machine the sound card is not working and when clicking on the volume control bar it throws this error message "NO ACTIVE MIXER DEVICES AVAILABLE GO TO CONTROL PANEL AND CLICK ON ADD HARDWARE".I have to uninstall and install the device driver to make it work.Can anybody suggest me an appropriate solution.Arun.
