userenv.log errors on a local profile

First, let me say that I am NOT an IT guy, so please take that into consideration when responding..

I have two local profiles in my XP SP2 installation (says they're local when I go to the Advanced tab after right-clicking on My Computer), Administrator and a named one. The Administrator has no errors, but when I log into the other profile (a power user one), userenv.log shows the following:

The system is about two years old and recently the hard drive started failing so I mirrored it with PartitionMagic to a new drive, and switched to that. Figured might do various other updates and so I installed updates to various programs, updated my old AutoPatcher and ran that, ran virus and malware scans, and ran CCleaner which also does registry cleaning. I also installed Acronis True Image which runs three startup services, and the most recent (non-WHQL) NVIDIA graphics driver (most of these I did from within Administrator, rather than using Run As). I don't know if the errors in the uservenv.log were present before, as I only checked this for the first time now since one of the reboots it took a very long time for the account to load after logging in. That first time there were various other errors, such as something about impersonating a user or whatever, but these seem to be the steady state--what I get if I restart the computer and log into that account again.

I'm not sure how to proceed from here in trying to track down and remove the source of the errors showing above, so I'm posting here for help. Thanks in advance.

Actually I am not sure what the problem is - do you experience any problems while using that account?

That there is a problem is trivially obvious by definition of "failed" and "error" in those messages. Moreover, this account takes longer to log into and out of than the Administrator account, although all startup entries in registry, Start Up menu, and what seems to be services as well, are identical in both accounts. Whether this performance hit may be present in regular usage as well as the log in/out operations is an unknown but perhaps a possibility. Either way, the bottom line is I'm getting these error messages in the log file every time I log in with my normal account and an error message is clearly a claim by the OS that there is a problem. For all I know it could be contributing to occasional BSOD's and/or other problems; what is certain is not all is right, or the log file would be clean.
