im1dermike
Hi. I'm working on a network where a number of us often have to remote desktop connect to another computer on the network. Currently, we either 1. ask each person whether they're connected or 2. just connect and someone will let you know if you booted them.I'm wondering if there is a way to figure out if someone is connected or not. Thanks! Dencandy
Only someone with an Administrator Account can do this, I'm sure.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
That's actually a very good question, and I have several times experienced the same. This, of course, happens only if users do a remote connection with the same user login. The problem would not exist if each user had their own userid.I will do some research if there is a "safe" way to connect without disconnecting any other logged-in user. (But I may not come up with a result immediately.)
