I had drive X: (logical DVD-RW drive) and drive T: (a virtual drive), my problem is that in disk managent window i have only my HDD drive and my DVD drive is missing...I restarted in safe mode, cange user and still no luck Can anyone help me???? Alan2273 Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 Have you had a look in Device Manager ti see if it is listed in their.Start | Control Panel | System and Maintenance | System | Device Manager (Device Manager is located under "Tasks" in the left hand column of the "System" menu).If it is listed, right click the drive , left click uninstall then reboot your computer and let it re-install the drive.
