Guest Day There
Since you have internet, this must be easy for you. Do the following:My Computer\ Right Click \ Properties \ Hardware Tab \ Device Manager \ Right click on Device highlighted in Yellow\ Update Driver \Choose Update using Internet (Try using Recommended option) If this doesn't help, you have many websites like DriverGuide (members.driverguide.com - my fav. free and i got my drivers i needed) Your sound driver was most probably Realtek or some other driver which was not listed by the time initial OS (assuming XP since Vista has for almost all drivers) was out.Alternatively, if you remember your driver manufacturer you can visit their website to get your driver download.
