arniess
I am unable to enable the mouse and keyboard to wake from standby, the power management tab is missing. When I install Windows XP using the Dell disk the tab is there but when I install using our corporate CD on the exact same computer the tab is missing.Under the Power Capabilities of the keyboard it does not list PDCAP_WAKE_FROM_D3_SUPPORTED using our CD, only D0-D2, the Dell CD supports D0-D3.Does anyone know what would be causing this? This is the first time we have looked into using standby and want to be able to wake the computer with keyboard and mouse. We have installed all the latest drivers but cannot get it to work with our CD.
Guest Day There
Do you mean it works on OEM and not Corporate (Volume License)? Are you sure both the versions belong to same class?
