Virtuality
Does anyone know if it's possible to give Wordpad in XP a page background colour, and if so, how does one go about it?
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I don't think Wordpad has such a capability - it is not HTML based. Word can do it, of course. If you don't have MS Office installed, maybe you want to try http://www.openoffice.org/.
Virtuality
Thanks Pat - I didn't realise that wordpad wasn't html based. I don't have MS Office installed so I may give your openoffice suggestion a try, when I have a spare weekend to help my computer and openoffice get aquainted without having a major tiff :D . ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Wordpad is a very old product; I think it was already in Windows 3.x, when HTML was just beginning to be used for some of the first web pages.Stick around and ask questions; there are several forum regulars who use OpenOffice.
