Vrrllyrr
Hello again everyone, I had some installation issues earlier, but thankfully have been sorted out. Now I have a computer that can't connect to the internet. I'm using an HP Pavilion a1700n. Sound, video and keyboard drivers are all up and working. I'm trying to enable a wired ethernet connection to my router, but the software keeps telling me it can't detect a network adapter.I was prompted to enable a 1394 Net Adapter, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'm not sure if I need drivers or if there's something else I'm missing (other than the internet ;p )Any help will be appreciated.
Boris
I believe that your LAN adapter may be a 10/100 Marvell 88EC031 ?So that is (hopefully) the driver you'll need

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Can you check the Device Manager, and see if there are any devices with a yellow exclamation mark? If it's a networking device, check what error it lists. To find out exactly what devices you have on your system, DriverMax can help you identify them.
