You know, just like the thread titles states.I have NEVER had such a file on my computer. When you download or save a file or program you can choose where to save it. When the save window comes up I click on C then on My Downloads and the download automatically goes there. I just checked and it's Microsoft's Live Messenger doing it--even though I'm not receiving any files over MSN, it creates the folder on startup...
