mattrobinsaon999
I got a laptop with Vista Home premium on for christmas, it was the HP G6000. It came with a recovery hard drive incase I needed to recover ect...But recently, i found that vista had driver problems, I tried everything i know, but decided that a complete restore would be the best option. So thinking it would be a good idea to do so, I reformatted the partition of the hard drive with vista on.Then, I booted into the recovery drive to find that it wouldn't restore, it displayed error message: 0x400110020000100A... what ever that means...Then, I nearly killed myself due to my mistakes, and installed XP pro, that works now, but I really need vista back, does any one have any advice? Please help me, I rely on my laptop for everything.Thank you for reading, and thanks in advance.Matthew Robinson
Alan2273
If you have not formatted the hidden partition with Vista on, give this a try.http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vist...-disc-download/If you have deleted the hidden partition then contact HP and see if they can help you.
