I'm having some trouble getting the following updates installed on Windows XP:

Security Update for Windows XP (KB951376)
Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3)
Cumulative Security Update for ActiveX Killbits for Windows XP (KB950760)
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB928365)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB950762)
Security Update for Windows XP with Windows Media Format Runtime 9.5 and 11 (KB941569)
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB928366)
Update for Windows XP (KB942763)
Security Update for CAPICOM (KB931906)
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2 (KB 921896)
Visio 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3)
Security Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (KB925674)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB951698)
Security Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (KB937060)
Project 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3)
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB951476)
Update for Office 2003 (KB907417)
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - June 2008 (KB890830)
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB950759)

Would it be necessary for me to log onto the operating system as an administrator?

If your userid has administrator rights, then you should be able to run any installations or updates.

Please give us the error code that you get from the failed updates. (From http://www.update.microsoft.com/ click on 'Review update history', then click on the link next to the red 'x' of the failed updates.)

I couldn't find the red x in the history. Is there something that I'm missing after following the steps?
