can you give a little more info?

for example: are you using a laptop with builtin speakers, and dont want your driver to shut down your speakers when you plugin your headset? you can enable or disable this option in the utility that came with the soundcard/laptop. (i have a realtek that has that problem, although it doesn't work anymore in XP SP3.)

otherwise, you just can use a little hub or something, like this one: http://pan.fotovista.com/dev/9/6/00031069/l_00031069.jpg

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I thought that the whole idea of using a headset, was to enable the user to hear sound without causing annoyance to others by playing the sound through the speakers. :D
