Hi, kindly go through each lines of this problem. Please

I am working with a small call center in India and its my very first Job as a System Admin. Here we have the Network Environment like this:-

DC:- Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition

Soft Router:- Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition (for Internet Connection Sharing)

Client:- Windows XP Professional Service Pack-2

Internet:- High Speed Broadband (Always On)

We have 5 OU as per the requirement like:- 1. Management, 2. Calling Agent, 3. Technical, 4. HR & 5. Logistic

Right now all the users of all the OUs can access all the Websites but I want to restrict some Websites for an OU. Say I don't want to the OU Calling Agents can not get access to some websites like Gmail, YahooChat,.

Can anybody tell me how to do this from the DC Server so that I don't need to go each individual Machine to block those sites. Can I enable the content setting from the DC server for a OU users

Please guide me because I have tried a lot but haven't got the full solution.

PLEASE HELP ME GUYs
