Ruben
I am having problems with device detector, I can't do installations. Was trying to do an installation of acrobat and I am getting this message, same I was upgrading with Windows service pack 3.0 and at the end I can't. I look for virus in normal and safe mode, and didn't find any, but this looks like a consequence of a virus attack. Any way please I need help

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
You obviously still have malware on your system - "Device Detector" being one of them. What kind of anti-malware software do you have installed?I recommend that you start with a full online scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ - try using v6.6, as it runs better than the current v6.5.
