Tanmaya
Hi,As you are able to access your mails in Webmail interface, so there'd not be any problem in SMTP Server. I'd like to know, what error message is displayed when you try to send message from Outlook 2007. As some time, local Outlook errors, helps to investigate the issues. You can refer Outlook Error Codes link for future troubleshooting also. Scarecrow Man
You may be using an encryption when your server does not support it. I'm not very familiar with Outlook, but in the server settings there may be a place to specify if it uses SSL or TLS or secure authentication. You can try turning that option off.
