Hope someone can help me on this. I hve downloaded Media Player 2 times today and opened it and it's media player 10 and not 11. I removed 10 from my computer because when I tried to burn a disc I got a message that said no disc in drive. Any clue what is wrong on both problems? Any help will be most appreciated.

Take a look at the following, to determine the correct way to uninstall your previous version...

Just touch the first question, select the version to uninstall, then just follow the instructions.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player

It would probably worth taking a look through this first....

Irene, I went through the same steps again and reinstalled it and player 10 is there when I install 11. I have no clue what is going on with this. The reason I did this is beacuse when I tried to burn a disc, out of the blue a popup said no disc in drive when there was. I am stumped. Thanks, Ralph.
