masefield Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 I have a problem with my parent's Outlook 2003 emails - PC is running XP Home - Windows SP2. The issue is that when outlook is opened a pop up screen message often appears prompting to enter network password although the password is "saved". I have done a search on this forum and also have located the Microsoft article id 290684 - titled "save password setting not retained in Outlook or OE."Please could someone advise as to whether this would solve the problem.
