George Smiley Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 I'm attempting to create new shares on our SBS2003 system. When created they show up in "Server Management", the share is published (or at least the box is ticked) and permissions appear to be correct but no client machine can see the share.This has only happened recently, all previously created shares are visible by all appropriate client machines (all XP by the way).I can see nothing in any error logs that would point to a reason.I'm now at my wits end. Also, someone else might have other ideas.Thanks IreneI've had a quick look through the linked pages but nothing immediately strikes me as being relevant.There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the server setup, neither are there any errors in the logs, it's just that the shares are not visible on any client machine.I'll keep looking.
