Difference between InteractiveLogonRight and NetworkLogonRight

I have looked all over the net and I can't get a good description of the NetworkLogonRight policy for Windows 2003. Someone told me that NetworkLogonRight is what allows someone to actually logon to the server and does not have anything to do with using the server for network printing and as a file server. But that does not seem to make sense to me. It would seem like the InteractiveLogonRight policy would be that. I would think NetworkLogonRight would be a policy to control who could connect to the server via the network to do Printing and use it as a file server. Could anyone explain the difference between NetworkLogonRight and InteractiveLogonRight? Also, could you point me to some documentation on the net that I could show that person so we could agree on the definitive answer?
