how to hide cmd.exe window on startup

hi all

good day ,

i need to know how to hide the cmd.exe window while system startup.

while netlogon i am running a .bat file which calls an .exe file.

I want to hide what i am doing while startup.

i know i can use echo command to hide process in cmd.exe

but i need help on how to run cmd.exe in background and/or the window should not be visible or even minimized.

any suggestions

Not possible without 3rd party software. Here's an example:

Make sure you choose non-interactive or silent mode and the cmd screen will never be seen.
