vine Posted October 11, 2008 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 hi my system is a dual boot of windows xp and suse 10.3 linux.using fdisk on linux,i removed linux,fat32,fat32 ext (LBA) partitions. :0 when i reboot,i get the error 'no bootable devices--strike f1 to reboot,f2 for setup utility.ok,i tried 'fixmbr','bootcfg /rebuild' and 'fixboot c: on windows recovery console and it did not solve it.ok,i use "fdisk" on live linux cd to set boot flag of windows.It worked.i could boot BUT there is a problem.i got these:windows did not start successfully.A hardware of software change might have caused itsafe modesafe mode with networkingsafe mode with command promptlast known good configurationstart window normallyi select "start windows normally" and it reboots i try again,it rebootthen i select the safe mode's and got some code and "press esc to cancel loading a347bus.sysi repaired windows and no solution.i would like some help.please Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
