Recommended Posts

Hi all ;),

"On August 15th, 2003, Windows Messenger 5.0 has officially RTWed. We are very excited, and want to thank all of our beta program testers for spending their time and effort discovering bugs, providing feedback, and helping to make the release better than it would have been without you." - The Windows Messenger Product Team

Windows Messenger lets you see when your friends are online and exchange instant messages with them. Send instant messages with cool, new emoticons, call anywhere in the world from your computer, see when someone's typing, page a contact's mobile phone, send pictures and music to your friends, and much more. You can also use this free program to make phone calls, send a message to a pager, trade pictures and music with your friends, and much more.

Windows Messenger is the instant messaging client of choice for businesses in managed environments with connectivity to Exchange IM servers and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) based IM servers, along with connectivity to the MSN Messenger service.
