ambavaram Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 Dear Sir,i am using windows xp professional with service pack 2 in that we are using outlook for company mails if i send mails through outlook its working fine if i add bcc to send mails through outlook it's getting hang how to resolve this problem.If i uninstall and install the outlook what will happen all the mails is the uninstalling and installing will effect to mails how to come out this problem.In advance thanks to all the viewers.Ambavaram. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 BCC should not cause any problem to Outlook, or are you adding a very large number of addresses to the BCC field.Reinstalling Outlook will not lose any of your data, although I recommend that you backup all your PST files before doing so.N.B. we are talking about Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express.
