Please contact your local product support team for further assistance with this issue."I don't have a product support team and am on a pension so I can't afford to hire anyone. Can you help? I don't know where to start.I need to validate so I can download the windows installer because I need to install Sun Java and other windows updates.Thanks for any help. I just checked the Windows Installer 3.1 v2 download above - it doesn't require validation.P.P.S. I just remembered that the latest Windows Installer is 4.5 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942288); it also doesn't require validation.
